About the Event

"IMPACT: Maximising the health and economic benefits of investigator-initiated clinical trials and registries."

Join leading experts in trial design, registry development, health service delivery, health economics and health policy to look at how we can better measure, understand and increase the benefits that trials and registries return to the health system in terms of better quality and more cost-effective care.

The ACTA Summit 2016 has been timed to coincide with the 5th Annual NHMRC Symposium on Research Translation to be held in Melbourne on 23 November 2016.

The theme for the NHMRC Symposium is "Embedding research into health care: building a culture of quality". ACTA strongly supports the goals of this year's NHMRC Symposium to inspire, influence and create a culture in health care that focuses on quality, underpinned by strong research evidence. We encourage all of our ACTA 2016 delegates to consider heading to Melbourne a day earlier to attend the NHMRC Symposium. Further information is available at www.nhmrc2016.com.

Join the ACTA Summit 2016 to be part of this important conversation about how we can generate greater health and economic benefits from trials and registries.
