CTCM Celebrates – Three CTCM Awardees Receive $50,000 Funding Each Through Victoria’s Medtech Market Growth Program
Three awardees in MTPConnect’s Clinical Translation and Commercialisation Medtech Program – Navi Medical Technologies, Ventora Medical Pty Ltd and VividWhite Pty Ltd – each received $50,000 funding through the Victorian Government’s Medtech Market Growth Program.

Ternarx: WEHI spinout set to revolutionise homegrown cancer
A new biotech company, Ternarx, has been officially launched by the Australian Minister for Health and Aged Care, Mark Butler, at WEHI in Melbourne. The WEHI spinout is the first of its kind in Australia dedicated to developing targeted protein degrader medicines and technology, a powerful new tool for destroying disease-causing proteins that cannot be targeted by conventional drugs.

Australia’s Clinical Trials Sector: MTPConnect Snapshot Report Released
Figures from a new MTPConnect report published today reveal that Australia’s clinical trials sector generated $1.6 billion for the Australian economy in 2022.The outcome, detailed in MTPConnect’s report Australia’s Clinical Trials Sector - Advancing innovative healthcare and powering economic growth, represents growth of more than 4 per cent on 2019 and has been achieved in spite of the 2020 pandemic downturn.
