Dr Michelle Lam

Director, Clinical Translation and Commercialisation MedTech (CTCM) Program

Dr Michelle Lam is the Director for the Clinical Translation and Commercialisation Medtech (CTCM) Program.

Michelle’s experience in research support has seen her provide project and operational management in both basic and clinical research settings at Monash University, WEHI (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research) and most recently, at The University of Melbourne’s Department of Surgery as a Centre Manager for Research Excellence in Total Joint Replacement.

Michelle completed a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science (Honours) and a PhD in Pharmacology and Physiology at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Monash University) before moving overseas to complete postdoctoral training. She received a Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
